Jack Tucker, VP of Construction

With more than 30 years of home-building experience, Jack Tucker has become an expert in all aspects of home building, successfully managing large construction projects and consistently producing homes and neighborhoods of exceptional quality. He began his home-building career in 1979 and has effectively served in various capacities from framer to construction manager and regional vice president to land developer.

Jack also is a new home construction consultant, sales trainer, speaker, and author. He has combined his knowledge of hammer and nails with guitar and song to produce Building Wisdom: Construction Training for Sales Professionals, an innovative and informative training seminar. Drawing from real life experiences, Jack has developed a reputation for exciting and engaging seminars delivered with the aid of his acoustic guitar. He has been instrumental in reshaping sales training nationwide by giving new home sales representatives the product knowledge they need to be successful in today's competitive home building market. With his high level of energy, his vast knowledge of the home building process, and his songs, which reinforce the lessons learned, Jack's unique seminars have made him one of the nation's most sought-after new home sales trainers.

As chairman for the curriculum development of the National Association of Home Builders' Advanced Level Certified New Home Sales Professional (CSP) program, Jack developed a seminar, House Construction as a Selling Tool, to meet the needs of its members. He has delivered presentations at major conventions nationwide, including the NAHB's International Builders' Show Super Bowl Sales Rally, the Southeast Building Conference's Sales Rally and the Atlantic Builders' Convention Sales & Marketing Brunch. Jack is a weekly guest on Baltimore's WCBM talk radio show, Your Home, Your View, answering call-in questions concerning home building, and has been featured in various publications and on television.
